tanzillo.ai is a personal productivity suite built and operated by P.J. Tanzillo. This suite includes Luca (calendar scheduling), Tessio (task management), and other tools under development. This policy explains how we handle your data.

What We Collect

When you use our services, we may collect:

• Email address (for authentication and communication)
• Name (as provided by you or your Google account)
• Google Calendar data (to check availability and create events)
• Email content sent to our service addresses (to parse meeting requests)
• Task and meeting data you create within the apps

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to provide the services you've signed up for:

• Calendar data is used to find available time slots and create calendar events
• Email content is parsed by AI to understand scheduling intent and generate responses
• Task data is stored and displayed only to you
• We do not sell, share, or rent your personal data to third parties

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate:

• Google APIs — Calendar access and authentication (governed by Google API Services User Data Policy)
• Anthropic (Claude) — AI-powered email parsing and response generation
• Supabase — Authentication and database hosting
• Mailgun — Email delivery
• Railway — Application hosting

Google User Data

Our use of Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

• We only access Google Calendar data necessary to check availability and create/modify events
• We do not use Google data for advertising purposes
• We do not transfer Google data to third parties except as necessary to provide the service
• Google data is not used to build user profiles for advertising or sold to data brokers

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored in encrypted databases hosted on secure infrastructure. Access tokens are encrypted at rest. We use HTTPS for all data transmission. Only the service operator (P.J. Tanzillo) has administrative access to the systems.

Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you wish to delete your account and associated data, contact us and we will remove it within 30 days.

Your Rights

You can:

• Request a copy of your data
• Request deletion of your data
• Revoke Google Calendar access at any time via your Google Account permissions
